Having the inky blacks on a gameboy is mind blowing, I would recommend getting a funny playing shell with this as it makes it much easier to install. Absolutely worth every penny! Screen arrived in perfect condition as well, packed properly.

One thing of note the supplied shell was slightly bowed so it had to be squeezed to close up properly. Also where the screen goes behind the shell near the Nintendo logo it is really tight one you get the motherboard install. And that is even after trimming the cartridge connector pins down on the motherboard. I really recommend using a couple of the kapton tape straps to cover that area. Overall good.

Please note that you need to push it in at an angle! If you try to push it down straight, it will increase the chances of accidentally damaging the screen. I had to wiggle it a little to make it fit, but once it's in, it is easy to continue!

Lastly, odd shipping company used (like DHL but more cheaper) so item was shipped to wrong address.
