Firstly, referencing the 1st order being "broken" then mentioning the 2nd item fitting correctly is quite telling. Reminding buyers to double check on the size chart was hardly indicative of your "false sizing" allegations. So when we complied to downsizing, you then demanded $10 to keep the item after realizing you chose the wrong size-which we did, is not proper conduct. I can't waste time returning a item even if it's broken it doesn't matter ill just throw it away and you did send me a different version of it it's not the same what can I say?? do you expect a a younger person to Cope with you? what matters is you sent different items period I'm not the kid here......it is chinese but still....
