There was no paper jam in tracts both front and back. I cannot down load the driver from HP. The dealer was god enough to take the machine back.

I had to prompt seller when I saw they rec`d return but no communication. Seller said they would send a replacement. After 5 days and no tracking # I contacted them again. Working drive finally arrived one month after original order. Very poor communication. I only gave a positive response because the second drive works.
