    I got everything listed in the description: good synthetic oil, a brand new filter, a new crush washer, a funnel and a pair of disposable gloves. A great value, considerably less expensive than you-know-who. All the items arrived well packaged and on time. The filter and crush washer didn't fit as I mistakenly ordered the wrong model year items. I offered to return the items but didn't get a response. Next time, I'll pay closer attention.
