Unfortunately, all of the pads had to be replaced as they had weevil damage (very common in older instruments!), but any repairer would be able to do this. I did ask about this before purchasing, but the seller wasn't fully able to describe to me the condition of the pads - not the sellers fault at all, but helpful for other purchasers to know. Shipping time was excellent, and all details sent through giving peace of mind!

The price is quite high but honestly fair for this kind of rare book. It took about two weeks to deliver the package in Italy, which to me is totally acceptable.
