They told me to close the return case, and they would send me a correct pair. Needless to say, I have two pair of AirPods Pro now so they are both protected about as well as they can be. It is a very reasonably priced case, and provides an easy to keep a hold on with a snap clip if needed. Also they arrived quickly. Great deal!
