There was not a lot of cushion in the box, letting the phone rattle around. The actual phone was in GREAT condition! A lot of minor scratches and gouges on the screen, some deeper one on the sides. The phone connected to our service provider easily (metro by T-Mobile) and it was able to take my old number. In all for the price this phone is definitely worth it.
