Seller would not cancel order ever though it was within 10 minutes of purchase. Seller has the correct transformer I needed and I would have purchased that one if they had cancelled my order. They would not cancel. I received this transformer from them, it was shipped fast and is a quality item. I did not purchase the correct transformer from them, I decided to use a alternate seller for that one.

The item was shipped promptly and I could track its progress. It was progressing to be delivered on the day scheduled but somehow the package was rerouted from Akron, OH to Seattle, WA. I live in the Midwest so I was confused why it would go there. I contacted the seller who notified USPS of the mix up. I finally received the product a few days later and it was exactly what I need and in excellent condition.
