Seller was extremely easy to deal with and responded incredible quickly! Item was shipped immediately and I’ve never seen a more properly packaged item before (the seller put bubble wrap on the CORNERS of the boxes!). My box had damaged corners and got messaged about it with full transparency. I didn’t mind and confirmed the shipping. With it I got an extra uravity hairtye. The shipping somehow took me only three days! Wonderful process all around. Very transparent.
