Tracking provided all the way and dispatched very quickly. It took some time to meander through customs and various places and one time I enquired why it hadn't moved for several days. I got an answer the same day, considering the time difference, which was very satisfactory. It arrived in mint condition and well packed. Very happy with the reliable service.
