It has a really nice aluminum case. It works as it should. It barely gets warm even after hours of use. I use it to give my DAC all the clean low noise power it needs to works at it's best. With a price uner $120.00 shipped to CA. in the USA it is a great value. I will buy another one if I get a new DAC that has a differnt voltage requirement.

I sent a couple of emails and the responses back were very fast. I connected this power supply to a modem and a router, both are 12v and 1.5amp. The noise reduction is stunning and the improvement in my system is much more than I expected. Highly recommended as to the product and the seller.
