I use 20 drops/1ml/10mg per day , give or take. This is a sub clinical dose but people tend to see effects even in this range. Price is good. I will look into mixing my own powder in the future, I hope this seller will sell that too.

Im definitely in a good mood on this and I can concentrate much better than when I'm not using it. It's not dramatic but you'll question why you feel good or so sharp and then remember that you took methylene blue earlier. I recommend this product.. 👍
