Each time I wrote to say that the item still had not been dispatched. I got a comprehensive reply explaining the problem. The refund was automatic. Despite twice not receiving this item. The problem was solved without fuss. Hence the positive feedback.

And it was no different this time. My DVD's arrived bang on time, were securely packaged and are in excellent (new) condition - still in their shrink wrap. The seller communications were brilliant - I was kept updated on the progtess of my delivery right up to my door. And all at a great value price. I couldn't be happier. It has to be a 5 star rating from me. Many thanks to all concerned.
