The shipping was so fast and I was able to track it every step of the way. Also it was packaged so well with lovely notes and stamps and a thank you card. However, all my questions were promptly answered prior to purchase and I was even notified of my requirements during shipping. Excellent communication. The unit arrived in perfect condition and sounds amazing. Awesome seller, I would not hesitate to do business with them again. TY
