I have seen to many complaints over CD's shipped in thin packing to save money and more often than not they come damaged. I on purpose downgrade my CD's that way if its better people are very happy if I upgrade not so much. Your feedback is the reason why I am in this business, it's all about customer service to me. You made my week!

The thing most customers remember is how it was packaged and did it arrive safe. I ship 95% of my items in a box with the most packing I can do. I just got a dvd from another seller that shipped in a very thin no padding envelope and it was trashed. That is why I will never do that.
