I don't believe a court of law would allow this, so beware i will sue, both ebay and and the seller for breech of contract. The seller is not a new merchant and I this is a recurring incident fuelled by lack of protest / litigation. I urge you to respond with regret and changed fortitude.

He found the disc at another location of their's, and called me back on his own line to tell me the good news and to let me know it was shipped. The shipping was fast and the packaging was done well. Fast shipping, great packaging, always described well and if not reach out to them, great seller, great products! Great value! Other thoughts: Shipping cost could be lower perhaps? I have bought on their website before but you must purchase $75 or more. Can they do the same here? ebay.
