I couldn't be more happier over all the quality and value for S21. You can tell it's used by the look on the side of it, there is small scratches but it's just on the side once you put on the cover you wouldn't know it's used. Over all I am happy customer 😊 thank you who ever came up with the idea of refurbished phone on market. Good price, perfect quality, good condition, appears 👌 is on spot .

I was a bit apprehensive but made the purchase after doing the research. The phone arrived as described but did have a problem. I got in touch with the seller and they provided shipping for me to return the phone and promptly sent a replacement. There was great communication and customer service throughout the process. I will confidently buy from them again.
