I like to see how they are packaged, amazing 2 lights in the one box, now I know they are screw in bulbs, and I now know why lamp shades have a plastic circle inside to fit a bigger light fitting, the lights are beautiful plain no fuss, easy to put together, and Hermes knew my cars there so I’m up the park with the dog,he left it behind my Mail box as it’s too big to fit. It’s great when a neighbour misses the delivery guy.

I ordered a floor light which stated next day delivery and there was no extra charge for this, the item was delivered the 'next' day...it was exactly as described, amazingly well packed, and when set up looked far more expensive than it actually cost, I am very pleased with my purchase and can highlyrecommend this Seller.

I cannot fault the company enough on their communication and understanding. We now have a working lamp and the quality is just what we were after. Stuff happens out of anyones control but they were fantastic with dealing with the problem. Its in perfect condition and was shipped in a well packaged box. We love the look and it looks more expensive than it was. BEAUTIFUL LAMP A++++

Unfortunately there were two pieces missing from the lamp. I made contact with them through eBay and had a reply 30 mins later. They sent a replacement part that day, but that was still missing the internal part when it arrived. When I contacted them again a full replacement was sent along with a sincere apology for my inconvenience. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Very highly recommended.
