Very good quality, solid wood, solid construction, nice looking addition to the dining room. Delivery tracking rubbish. Waited a whole day with supposedly “on the delivery vehicle” only To be told it had been scanned back into the storage facility in Exeter. Not good enough.

I cannot fault the company enough on their communication and understanding. We now have a working lamp and the quality is just what we were after. Stuff happens out of anyones control but they were fantastic with dealing with the problem. Its in perfect condition and was shipped in a well packaged box. We love the look and it looks more expensive than it was. BEAUTIFUL LAMP A++++
