    Terrible two week long experience. The listing was for a size medium hoodie for 'best offer'. After making two offers and receiving no counters or even an acknowledgement, I purchased the item for the asking price on 1/18. After FIVE days the seller messaged that he/she only had a large and that they would send either the item or a refund 'today'. I immediately replied that large would be too big for me and requested the refund. The refund didn't come until Ebay intervened on 2/2.
