The screen has been replaced so it has no True Tone feature but that doesn’t affect the user experience at all. Face ID works perfect. The phone was packaged well and arrived very fast I give this phone a 10/10 rating and I would totally buy from this seller again. Also the cracks are on a screen protector I installed not the actual screen

I got in touch with the seller and they provided shipping for me to return the phone and promptly sent a replacement. There was great communication and customer service throughout the process.
