Got the hat dropped off at FedEx the day after I ordered, and it arrived very quickly. Excellent customer service. Hat is excellent and fits exactly true to size. Was brand new with tags, as stated. Looks great, and as an inexpensive first western hat, I’m looking forward to reshaping to achieve my exact style. Would definitely buy from this seller again, if I have an opportunity.
