Unfortunately, there was a glitch with the motherboard... when I asked to return it - they were very responsive and made things easy for the return. I have purchased another - as hey we can all make mistakes and who knows, this might have happened in shipping. Story to continue after I receive my next one It was as stated, some scrapes and marks on the case, and you could tell it was pre-used, as stated in the description.
