I got the iPod Classic 5th gen (Like New) and I’m happy with the condition. For a used item that’s nearly 20 years old, the quality is excellent. Couple scratches and scuffs around the edges, but the front screen is nearly flawless. Came with a brand new charger cable. Pricing is very reasonable. Will definitely be purchasing other items from this seller. Thank you!

One issue I have is that the charging cable is in kinda poor shape. When I unplugged the cable from the iPod the cover of that end of the cable came apart from the rest of it (see photo #4). The other issue is that it seems that the Hold switch doesn't work, it crashes the device when switched on & it takes a while for it to turn back on. I don't know if that's a hardware issue or a software issue though... Otherwise it's great!!!

BTW, the packaging was well done. I contacted the Seller requesting a refund and the responses was very quick and efficient! Return was approved and I printed out the label and popped it in the mail. Understandably the $ refund will take a few days but I have no doubt it will go well. Highly recommend
