My personal computers do not look this good after a year. Both units were in excellent condition. Warning: you cannot upgrade the OS beyond version 12. This makes it incompatible with some software.

The item arrived in a secure, well-padded box (that bubble wrap was thick!) and the Chromebook itself is in mint condition. Every part is absolutely pristine. The minor scuffs on the charging port are the only thing I could find. Highly recommend this seller!
