All the internal parts are new in your carburetor.Please try the following:Disconnect your fuel line and empty the carburetor out, flush the line and verify that the fuel comes out clean, re-connect

I preferred replacement so they provided a return label and promptly shipped the replacement. There communication is excellent , Robert answers the phone promptly and will answer any questions. The carb I received looks like new and is professionally rebuilt . I havent put it on yet but know if there is any problems they will make it right but I would bet money it will perform as it should .
