Well, the seller issued me a refund when i contacted them which was too kind, i would have been ok with an explanation. They said they'll make the listing more clear. Great customer service and I do like the frame very much.

The first frame arrived slightly damaged despite excellent packaging. Upon notification the seller apologized and immediately express shipped a replacement, which arrived in perfect condition. What more could a buyer ask? I have purchased numerous picture frames from Craig with excellent results (no previous damage either). This seller is highly recommended!
