So have no way of knowing where item is. They delay replying to emails. Then blamed Royal Mail for losing it. Said they send another next day delivery with Evri. Evri don't do next day. Had no emails regarding that they even had the item. So had to then go through Ebay for refund. Bought another from ajother seller. Received it 2 days later. Not even rating them
