Sounds like he didn’t want to give up the item at that value, he ultimately refunded and deleted tracking. One of the only sellereasons on ebay who will package bulk cards correctly. The post office beat the box to death and almost destroyed the cards but because of the packaging only about 5-10 commons were lost. Had some other seller packaged it all would have been lost.
