I would like to make it quite clear that this seller's reply is absolutely fair and correct and I've learnt an important lesson from this……don't leave feedback for a seller when you are frustrated and angry with a completely different seller. I would like to offer my sincere apologies to AFRITECH for my unfair comments and hope this goes some way to making things right.

The laptop I ordered was no longer available, so Andy offered me a three-way choice for a similar standard (or better). Very happy with the replacement (Dell Latitude), which was exactly as described, well-packaged, and promptly delivered. I can heartily recommend this seller!
