I got an answer the next business day and was told they were sorry for the problem and were sending me a replacement display at no extra charge. Two days later it arrived in perfect shape. Seller gave a 100% refund when the return was given to them. Can't say anything about their products, but their customer service at least is not worthy of complaint.

I removed the shipping tape placed by the manufacturer from the printer. Ink was still sealed in plastic bags. Basically a new printer. Installed today, works great. I recommend this seller. Everything was as promised.
