I bought a 2015 model and the software was old so I returned it and bought this one. The 2015 model was heavy but this one is perfect for me. It looks brand new, it works perfectly. This is my first Mac so I need to get used to using it but so far, so very good.

I had to wait around until the seller eventually sent me the return label so it could be returned for a full refund. The seller did offer me £10 off to keep me happy which I declined. Just be careful if you buy something which is listed as grade A+. The seller even changed the original listing to grade B after I told them it didn't match the item description, this is fraudulent. Avoid this seller
