The product I ordered was not correct and the carrier damaged the shipment. I took pictures to prove to the seller sent the wrong product and the damaged items. They were willing to ship a new order free of charge but it was out of stock. They never required the pictures and refunded my entire purchase price even though some of the shipment was useable. Happy buyer

I requested a refund of the postage due I had to pay. They apologized. Said there was a new person in their shipping department and refunded the entire order!
