No noticeable imperfections except for a few scratches on the back a dark spot on the home button. Absolutely amazing value for only $35. My only complaint is that I didn’t receive the right charger! Lol I got a modern lightning cable instead of one meant for the iPod touch. So I had to buy one on Amazon. The product came to my house in TX in about 4 days. Totally recommend ^_^

Downloaded audiobooks with ease and only regret is that I didn't pull the trigger on a greater capacity. ( I ordered the 8 GB, wish I had not hesitated to get the 64 GB). I would absolutely buy from this seller again and may do so if someone in the family or friends needs a great 8 GB ipod.

However, the iPod came with a lightning cable not a 30 pin charger which is the one it needs/is compatible with. :( Pretty disappointed with that but otherwise the iPod is great and functions perfectly for what i intend to use it for!

BTW, the packaging was well done. I contacted the Seller requesting a refund and the responses was very quick and efficient! Return was approved and I printed out the label and popped it in the mail. Understandably the $ refund will take a few days but I have no doubt it will go well. Highly recommend

I received it within 3 days of purchasing it, was packaged nicely without over packaging, and it works just fine. I bought it to replace my original 3rd Gen whose button no longer worked.
