They allowed a return no questions asked at no cost to me, provided I reject the delivery. Easy enough. BTW, you usually can't go wrong with Shimano quality and performance compared to cheaper products. I returned it simply because I decided to go a different direction with the drivetrain on the bike I'm building for my grandson. Thank you!

It makes it much easier to get up into the mountains. The small gears on the last one wore out because I didn't replace the chain and didn't downshift the front derailleur as I was supposed to. My bad.
