    Great product at a nice price! Very slow shipping, though -- I ordered on 3 Feb, the item was labeled soon thereafter, but it was only actually mailed on 17 Feb and then arrived on 21 Feb.     I had ordered 2 phones, one of the phones did not come, seller did provide a refund and was very friendly about getting a refund, however, I live in the next city over from the seller and the phones took forever to arrive here, seller was sick at that time however, and I fully understand that, if you are planning on buying anything from this seller, be ready to wait upwards of 3 weeks for it to arrive.
