Complete transparency, and delivered what I expected, which is fast, looks exactly like what I ordered. Also the quality is superb. I got the tan cap, however would have liked to see other colors. I didn't see blue cap until after I ordered the tan one. But you definitely saved me time and money shopping through you, instead of going to the spring fair and hoping to find it. So bravo!
