Seatpost was likely ovalized as a result of the bending process when creating the setback. The width at the rail clamps was also wider than standard, so getting the saddle rails to fit was very tight. In the end, I made it work, but it took effort.

The J&L got stuck in the seat tube of my Ti bicycle in spite of having used anti seize. I contacted the sell to request return, and he advised using grease. I used grease and this time, the seat post got stuck completely. I had to use a hammer to remove it.
