I can't say anything about the communication, since I never talked to them. But overall absolutely amazing. Also followed the extra instructions, fedex delivered it well and communication was good all around. My only gripe is the price was higher than most other sellers, and fedex charged an import fee due to shipping into the states despite being listed as free shipping. 4/5, would probably use this seller again.
