There was an issue with a very strong SMOKE ODOR and the seller was very responsive with resolving the issue & offered everything they could to make things right including a full refund. Between the both of us, because I loved the bag so much, we figured out how to get the smoke smell out, it still has a little tiny bit of a smell , but I’m still working on it. The vinyl material limits my options. Overall I love the bag.

Over packaged for this particular book in its condition but I would purchase a book in better condition from this seller with confidence it would arrive undamaged.
