    Was unable to contact the seller to resolve my issue (eBay message “that page is not available”). Prior to buying I asked this seller if this was a remainder and reply was they did not know what that meant. I clearly explained what it meant. The seller stated in their message “they witnessed no such sign of it being a remainder”) item arrived and sure enough it is a remainder - the only photo not in the original listing would have identified that. Will not use again or recommend this seller.

    I really cannot believe that you have the gall to leave me Negative feedback after all i did to assist and help you. I patiently answered ALL your questions and all your inquiries prior to your purchasing the book, and was 1000% honest about everything. I did absolutely EVERYTHING I could to assist and help you; and the next thing i know, you have left me negative feedback. Shame! Some people simply cannot be pleased, no matter what you do or how hard you try.
