This is a fantastic eBay seller, the item arrived but did not work due to shipping damage. I contacted him and within a short time he refunded me the entire amount. The instrument managed to rotate within the box which allowed the corners to be exposed to the box side ... but no problem. The cases of the Sencore's are subject to damage ... thin steel sandwiched between plastic.
