While it would be nice to have the item, they were awesome and great to deal with and a great retailer.

They bubble wrapped the laptop 20,000 times to make sure it don't break during shipping. The laptop worked right out the box. Shipping is slow but I'm a patient guy. Well priced laptop as well. well done guys 😎👍
