It was described as an uncirculated roll and it was an unopened original bank roll. I can tell it was not tampered with, BUT its circulated coins. There were 19 bu/au 64D dimes, which is how the roll was described. The rest junk silver dimes. The seller doesnt accept returns and I can understand why with unopened rolls, and refunded me 20$. I dont think seller is dishonest, but I am not happy with a 160$ roll of junk silver. Now I get to sell/pay fees.
