Only concern would be the photos did not show a chip taken out and it was not mentioned anywhere on the listing. My bad for not asking the seller specifically if there were any chips in the two bottles (I am brand new to ebay), but their bad for not putting either photos and/or description including it. Buyers shouldn't have to message every seller they buy from to ask questions that should be very clear in the descriptions and photos.

Damage is always a risk with fine china so the prompt refund was greatly appreciated. Item was just as described and shipping cost was reasonable and fast. They shipped the item right away, but it got lost in the mail due to no fault of the seller. During this time, the seller was so easy to communicate with- responding to my messages immediately, and worked hard at communicating with FedEx as to where the package could be and filing a lost claim. The package arrived 3 weeks after it was expected. The item was packed very securely for all that time in shipment and is as described. So happy with it!
