    Seller had the item described perfect. No problems other than the drive. Packaging was good. Didn't stand up to being beat by the Postal service, though. Floor box hockey is rough on a box. I've still got to send the picture of the dented drive and I promised. All Usps's fault, too. This is the 1st tracked package that wasn't a week past eta date, unbelievable! I haven't tried to play a disc yet, not fixed. Sellers value bundle, great!

Batteries in laptop were significantly more worn than i was expecting from the description, but acceptable considering it is a machine from 2018.     Arrived super quick (within 2-3 days) and is exactly how it was described in the listing. Definitely brand new in the box. Packing could have been better but it did get here safely so I suppose it's fine. Worked fine and was just what I needed. Good price and great seller.
