I just found out that it had been stuffed through a livestock gate on a property almost a mile away. During that time, the seller has been most helpful and cooperative in looking for it, and eventually refunding my money. I now have my order and will be sending them a check. Hartlandtrading gets a very enthusiastic positive from me.
