    Absolutely no problems with the Seller. Smooth all around. The "issue" was with whomever they used for shipping. At delivery, instead of leaning the box against the house, they left it laying flat away from the front door. It rained and when I got home I literally poured water out of the box. Fortunately, the shade was in a cover which was damp but protected the shade without damage.
