They bubble wrapped the laptop 20,000 times to make sure it don't break during shipping. The laptop worked right out the box. Shipping is slow but I'm a patient guy. Description said if you buy multiple sticks that seller would consolidate shipping costs (rather than ~$6 fee for each), so I messaged them and they gave me the exact shipping quote ahead of time! Great cost too. Buyer was quick to respond, and was helpful with clear communication. Packaging could have been better (came in an envelope rather than box), but items work well!
