Seller indicated that it was slightly worked but it's more than 50% worked & as threads aren't included I will spend hours tearing out old stitches. Reached out to seller twice however I didn't get a response at first. 2nd attempt seller told me it's basically my problem and I can return it if I want for a full refund, however, the listing says no returns or refunds. My reply to her message is misrepresented. I did not say it was basically her problem. if that was the case i would not have offered a full refund.
